Rosemary honey from Provence

Rosemary honey excels in light color, it is always very pale to almost white, with a delicate taste that lasts a long time in the mouth and a slightly balsamic scent. Gourmets enjoy it alone or on slices of wholemeal bread, bearing in mind the whims of the rosemary honey harvest.
